 Neal knows what its like to be on your side of the table. At age 17, he was in a very frightening financial situation. Both his parents had passed away while Neal was still in High School. He took a very small insurance settlement to a financial advisor. He was hoping to get help invest this small pittance in a way that would help him get through college. What he got instead was self-serving advice that served the broker first and foremost. The account was churned and burned. It was horrible. But this experience made a deep impact on Neal and helped him really understand what its like to be in a tough situation with limited resources and almost no financial understanding. Not content to let a bad situation sit, he found meaning in this experience. Shortly after graduating college he created a financial planning firm on the principle of putting clients before everything else. Today he manages over $100 million for people just like you. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Neal has been providing financial planning services to help retirees, pre-retirees, small business owners and highly paid employees make smart decisions about their money so they never have to worry about their investments ever again. Neal has demonstrated a consistent ability to protect and grow the hard-earned assets of his clients, many of whom have experienced major life changes including retirement, divorce, or the loss of a spouse. He graduated from the California State University San Diego with a bachelor's degree in Accounting where he graduated with highest honors. He holds the Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP), is a member of the Institute for Certified Financial Planners (ICFP). Neal values education as a way to promote professional excellence. He is an active member of the International Association for Financial Planning. Neal has also lectured widely on financial topics at Mission College and College of the Canyons.
